Our Summer Rain Food dressing is a slow boiled Asian infused vinegar, completely oil free and 99% fat free. It has an intense flavour created by blending ginger, honey, chilli, garlic, red wine, coriander, and lemon grass. Fantastic for flash frying seafood, chicken, pork and fish, drizzle over chargrilled or roasted veggies for a unique side dish and the perfect splash over noodle/rice salads.
